Rules of participation:
Applications are through the Filmfreeway.com platform or by submitting materials to mobifestkonkurs@gmail.com
All sent materials can be saved using a mobile phone.
The recorded material should be original and not in breach of copyright principles.
The competition is open from July 2019. The deadline for applying for this year’s festival is October 20th. Films that arrive after this date will compete at the Mobile Festival 2019
Movie duration up to 10 minutes.
All films received after the festival will be available to the public on the official website of the festival.
The best films will be screened at International Festivals as part of the Mobile Film Festivals Network and will be in official competition at our Partner Festivals.
The festival has the right to display films for its own needs and presentations.

Festival participants can participate with films in any genre: animation, fiction, music video, reality, electronic news gathering or storytelling through photographs.
